Photography: I require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure the date you have selected for your session, guaranteeing its availability exclusively for you. Design: I require a 50% non-refundable retainer to add you to my design list. Complete payment is due before delivery of your final concepts.

Photography: I will send a contract and retainer invoice to your email. Your date isn't reserved until BOTH are completed. So if you talk to me about booking a specific date, and someone else inquires about that same date and your invoice was not paid within 24 hours, your date may be given to someone who completes their contract, and pays their invoice sooner. Design: I will send a questionnaire, contract, and payment invoice to your email. ALL documents must be completed in their entirety before your project can be added to the design list.

Photography: My typical turnaround time is roughly 3-4 weeks for most portrait and family sessions. For weddings it is typically 6-8 weeks. Design: My typical turnaround time for designs is typically 2-3 weeks for the initial proof. Clients are added to the design list once their payment is made and contract signed, therefore accurate turnaround time will be given at the time of payment. Turnaround time is subject to change based on any emergency needs that may arise, however you will be informed if your turnaround time is impacted.

Photography: I may be ok making an adjustment to a crop or image at my discretion. However if you would like me to re-edit an entire gallery I will quote you based on complexity and time. Design: Absolutely! Each logo/set includes up to 5 revisions (tweaks). If more adjustments are needed to complete the project you can purchase additional revisions for $20/revision

Due to the digital nature of the services I provide, I do not offer refunds of any kind. It is important to consider that each gallery or design I create is a result of dedicated time and effort specifically for you.
